 Aaron is the middle child of three boys, born to George and Amari Watson of Long Island, New York. He has an older brother, Bradley who is three years older than him, and a younger brother, Beau, who is three years younger than him. They were a pretty average family until Beau was diagnosed with leukemia at age eleven and nearly died. It shook their family to the core and is an ordeal that Aaron has never been able to forget. To this day, he still remembers that horrible feeling deep inside when his parents sat him and his brother down to explain they might need to say goodbye to their little brother. Things were never really the same again. However, Beau fought the illness and won the battle, going into remission and slowly getting back on his feet. Like his brother, Aaron used the experience to help him decide on a career path, and after high school, he completed his nursing degree at Columbia University and before his papers even arrived to sign up as a Registered Nurse, he had already applied for a training course to become a paramedic. However, he was still not completely satisfied, finding that he loved the job so much he took it just that little step further and qualified as a flight medic also. He has worked with the Air Ambulance Service of New York since his twenty six birthday, and before that he worked as a general paramedic in the city along with taking the odd casual ER nursing shifts in a couple of hospitals there. His itchy feet returned when he hit his thirtieth birthday, and although he pushed it aside for a couple of years, he eventually made the decision to move to to sunny Miami, applying for a job there and being snapped up in a heartbeart. But it wasn't meant to be a turn of events meant he came to the conclusion New York was where he belonged. The decision was easy for him after he was in a car accident over Christmas the year of his 27th birthday, breaking his leg in three places and forcing him to be laid up for a few months. When his family rallied around to help him, he knew it would suck the be away from them permanently, and he ended up declined the job offer in Miami and returned to his old position with Air Ambulance in New York City. |
| Personality |
| Aaron has always said from a very young age that the best thing about his life is being a brother. He took to it like a duck to water when he was just three years old and thought it was the best thing ever that he got to be both a big and little brother. That never wavered as they grew older, and indeed only grew stronger when the family battled through Beau's illness together. He is a sweet and fun guy, though has a tendency to get restless and likes to take part in high-energy activities such as paintballing, go-karting, and going to amusement parks. He has travelled a lot, tripping around America, Europe and Australia during his vacations from work and still wants to see more. He relaxes with his hobby of photography, though never had an urge to do it professionally, and likes to chill out with a good book in his spare time. He has a promiscuous streak and never managed to find his perfect match to settle down with, though he has dated on and off in the past. He is not necessarily a workaholic, but he does love his job and thrives on his work, his mojo as a big brother more than helping him have a bedside manner than he is regularly complimented on by patients in his care.  |
